Midtown Modern tops March 2021 Residential sales

The private residential market in Singapore has heated up with a jump in sales and prices in the first quarter of 2021. Prices increased by 3.3 per cent quarter-on-quarter, and developers sold 3,493 private residential units (excluding executive condominiums) compared with the 2,603 units sold in the previous quarter.

One of the top-selling condominium projects in the first quarter was Midtown Modern. On its launch weekend in March, more than sixty per cent of the 558 units were snapped up. The unit price ranged from S$2,401 to S$3,501 per sq ft, with all unit types, from one-bedroom units to the 3,520 sq ft, five-bedroom penthouse, which sold for S$14.83 million.

The successful launch of Midtown Modern can be attributed to multiple factors.
